Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking motivated Luxury Sales Specialists to source, cultivate, and close consignments with a high-end client base. You will prospect through networks and build a loyal book of business by delivering white-glove service.

This is a 100% commission-only role with the potential for bonuses and perks, including Elite Club trips, monthly cash prizes, a 401(k) match, and flexible time off. Travel up to 70% within your market is required.

Qualifications

• Strong personal and professional network for recurring consignments.
• Passion for luxury brands across women's, men's, jewelry, and watches.
• Ability to build trust with sophisticated, high-value clients.
• Entrepreneurial sales mindset with attention to detail and service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Comfort with using digital tools to manage workflows and client interactions.
• Willing to travel more than 70% within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality consignments through personal and professional networks.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships with trust and ongoing communication.
• Develop outreach and marketing strategies to attract consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and drive business growth.
• Coordinate pickup and shipment to fulfillment centers.
• Provide white-glove client service throughout the consignments.
• Present consignment contracts and explain terms clearly.
• Collaborate with Consignor Relations to address client issues.
