The RealReal in New York is hiring an Associate Luxury Resales Advisor to drive new business and reactivate lapsed consignor relationships. You will acquire luxury items from new clients and reconnect with past consignors, delivering expert guidance on when to consign.

In this field-based role, you will spend the majority of time in the field, building relationships through in-home appointments, and collaborating with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to maximize consignor value.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Source new leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, and convert marketing-qualified leads into active consignors using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth and key performance metrics.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove consignment experience to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Present and review consignments contracts, guide clients through pricing and the process.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address client concerns.
• Acquire luxury consignments and oversee end-to-end logistics.
• Spend over 70% of time in the field cultivating client relationships.
