The RealReal, the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated luxury resale, is seeking an Associate Luxury Resales Advisor in New York. You will drive new consignor acquisition, reactivate past clients, and guide items through the consignment process with a high-touch, white-glove approach.

In this field-based role, you’ll build a strong book of business, meet monthly quotas, and collaborate with Consignor Relations and Retail teams to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented with ability to build a book of business and drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Proactively build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting leads into active consignors.
• Maintain pipeline activity and opportunities using Salesforce or similar tools.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Clearly present and review consignment contracts, establish pricing expectations, and guide clients through each step.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address client concerns.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics of item pickup and shipment to e-commerce centers.
• Spend the majority of time in the field, building client relationships in-home.
