The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to source luxury consignments, cultivate a high‑value clientele, and drive revenue through premium service.

You will leverage your network to recruit consignors, present terms, and coordinate logistics while delivering a seamless white‑glove experience. The role emphasizes independent networking, relationship building, and entrepreneurial drive in a luxury market, with travel across the designated market and a commission‑based compensation

Qualifications

• Strong network capable of generating recurring consignments.
• Knowledge of luxury brands across women's, men's, jewelry, and watches.
• Proven ability to build trust with sophisticated high-value clients.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality consignments through your network.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with personalized service.
• Develop and execute marketing outreach to attract new consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end consignment logistics and pickup.
• Deliver white-glove client service throughout the process.
• Consult clients on contracts and terms.
• Collaborate with Consignor Relations to address concerns.
