Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to drive new business growth and reactivate lapsed consignor relationships. You will cultivate relationships, identify luxury items, and guide clients through the consignment process with a white-glove approach.

In this field-based role, you will travel extensively (70%+), conduct in-home appointments, and collaborate with Retail teams to maximize consignor value while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to priorities.
• Motivated by ownership, growth, and building a book of business.
• Independent, fast-paced field-based work with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through outreach and in-home appointments.
• Source new leads, reactivate lapsed consignors, convert marketing leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas driving new business and engagement.
• Deliver high-touch white-glove client experience throughout consigning.
• Present contracts and guide pricing using market expertise.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams; coordinate pickups.
