Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Resale Advisor to lead consignments in a defined territory through in-home appointments and proactive client outreach. This field-based role values an entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and quota-driven performance.

You will generate and manage a strong pipeline in Salesforce, coordinate pickup/shipment logistics, and work with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to deliver a high-touch client experience and steady growth.

Qualifications

• CRM proficiency and pipeline management using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients through in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline; convert leads and reactive lapsed clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end consignment pickup and shipment to RealReal centers.
• Present contracts and pricing expectations with luxury market expertise.
• Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to resolve client concerns.
