Job summary

The RealReal in Greenwich, CT is seeking a driven Luxury Resale Advisor to grow consignments through in-home appointments and proactive client outreach. You will develop a robust pipeline in Salesforce, pursue new consignors, and foster repeat business while delivering white-glove service and expert pricing guidance.

Applicants should be comfortable with travel within the assigned market, work well independently, and thrive in a quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in quota-driven field sales and new business development.
• Ability to manage a multi-step sales process from outreach to close.
• Comfort selling luxury goods and services with high-touch service.

Responsibilities

• Engage new and existing clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Build and manage a busy pipeline; source leads and convert marketing-qualified leads into consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate end-to-end consignment pickup and shipment logistics to e-commerce centers.
• Present contracts, set pricing expectations, and guide clients through each step.
