Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. seeks an Associate Luxury Resale Advisor to grow the consignor base, reactivate lapsed clients, and convert new leads through in-home visits and strategic guidance on what to consign for maximum returns.

In a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment, you will build trust with discerning clients, manage contracts, and coordinate end-to-end logistics while traveling extensively in your assigned market.

Qualifications

• Technologically proficient; comfortable leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
• Results-oriented with the drive to build a book of business and improve performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with discerning clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Build pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting leads.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth and reactivation results.
• Client Experience: Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the consignment process.
