Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Florida to join our field sales team, managing the customer relationship from lead to close and delivering a personalized purchase experience through in-person visits, demos, calls, texts and emails.

You will educate customers, maintain product knowledge, and drive conversion while upholding Rivian’s values and culture. The role requires a customer-first mindset and travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields (premium brands and direct-to-consumer models preferred).
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales and closing deals.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences at Rivian locations.
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products, features, and community stories.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support and motivate teammates; handle escalations and relay feedback to leadership.
