Job summary

Rivian is hiring a Sales Advisor IV in Southern California, focused on building relationships from lead to close and delivering a personalized EV purchasing experience. You will educate customers across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email, while thriving in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

You will support retail activations, stay informed on EV trends, and help drive brand loyalty, satisfaction, and conversions across Rivian locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; premium brands and direct-to-consumer experience a plus.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience at all locations.
• Qualify customers and create personalized experiences that drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Manage product knowledge and communicate Rivian value to customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
