Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Florida to drive customer relationships from lead to close. You will educate customers via in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text, and email, delivering a personalized purchase experience aligned with Rivian’s values.

You will maintain product knowledge, build a healthy sales pipeline, and support events to engage the Rivian community while thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credentials.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle with commissions.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with iterations.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Qualify Rivian customers and identify their needs for personalized experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services to guide decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support customers through order confirmation and various sales stages to drive conversions.
• Host retail activations and events to generate demand and connect with the Rivian community.
• Gather customer feedback to improve processes and address pain points.
• Stay informed on auto/EV market trends and competitor landscape.
