Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Edina, MN, to join our field sales team. You will manage the entire customer relationship from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in-person interactions, demo drives, phone, text and email.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to drive brand loyalty and conversion while upholding Rivian’s core values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales or similar fields, premium brands preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales and closing deals.
• Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience at Rivian location(s).
• Qualify customers and tailor experiences to drive conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of Rivian products and enable informed decisions.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and manage follow-ups.
• Support retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Address customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on EV market trends and Rivian strategies.
