Cultivate and grow a robust client base by reaching out to local business owners and families in the Virginia Beach area.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure every client is protected with the exact coverage they need.
Lead educational sessions for prospective clients to help them feel empowered about their financial decisions.
Collaborate with our underwriting and claims departments to ensure our clients receive seamless support during their most important moments.
Maintain an active presence in local chambers of commerce and community organizations to build authentic, lasting connections.
Refine your sales strategy continuously by analyzing local market trends and client feedback.
Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within local communities.
In-depth understanding of risk management and various insurance products.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and digital management tools.
