The Atlantic District in Arlington, VA is seeking an Elite Agent to join our dynamic team. You will advocate for clients, craft tailored insurance strategies, and grow trusted relationships with individuals and businesses in the Arlington community.

You will meet with potential clients in our office, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, training, and career growth opportunities while upholding our standards of integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital documentation workflows.
• Willingness to commute daily to the Arlington office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with high-net-worth client services or financial planning is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in our Arlington office to identify financial protection goals and long-term security needs.
• Craft custom insurance strategies addressing the risks and aspirations of clients.
