The Atlantic District is seeking a Sales Leader Agent in Hampton, VA to drive new business, mentor colleagues, and shape local growth strategies. You will lead by example, cultivate client relationships, and execute targeted outreach within the community.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.
• 3+ years in insurance sales or high-level business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong public speaking and group presentations.
• Experience managing client data & pipelines in a CRM.
• Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• Proficiency in managing client data and pipelines within a CRM system.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
