The Atlantic District in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA, is seeking an insurance professional to join our local office. You will evaluate client needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and help families protect what matters most.

The role emphasizes client relationships, managing an existing book, guiding clients through claims, and collaborating with staff to improve the client experience. A Virginia P&C license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of insurance sales or account management.
• Clear understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage limits.
• Comfortable working in an office environment in Spotsylvania Courthouse five days a week.
• Solid computer skills and experience with industry-standard management systems.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a steady client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of business while proactively seeking new opportunities for growth.
