Evaluate client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most to them.
Manage an existing book of business while proactively seeking new opportunities for growth.
Guide individuals and families through the claims process with patience and clear communication.
Maintain accurate client records to ensure all policies are up to date and correctly documented.
Participate in local community events to increase our agency's presence and visibility in the area.
Collaborate with the rest of our office staff to streamline workflows and improve the overall client experience.
Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
Clear understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage limits.
Comfortable working in an office environment in Spotsylvania Courthouse five days a week.
Solid computer skills and experience working with industry-standard management systems.
Proven track record of building and maintaining a steady client base.
