The Atlantic District in Silver Spring, Maryland, seeks an Elite Agent to build lasting client relationships, tailor coverage strategies, and deliver true peace of mind. Join a team that values integrity, mutual support, and a strong local presence in the community.

You’ll work from our Silver Spring headquarters, engaging clients, managing a growing book of business, and collaborating with underwriting partners to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing insurance sales role.
• Strong command of CRM systems and digital document management.
• Ability to explain complex policy language in plain terms.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing a diverse pipeline.
• Experience with commercial lines is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to identify gaps in their current coverage and offer meaningful solutions.
• Maintain an active book of business, ensuring that every client feels heard and well-protected.
• Navigate the renewal process with transparency and a focus on long-term value for our clients.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.
• Record and update client interactions in our database to ensure everyone on the team stays informed.
• Participate in local community networking events to grow your presence and represent The Atlantic District.
