The ideal candidate holds an active Connecticut P&C license, with 3+ years in personal lines, and is proficient with agency management and quoting software. We offer mentorship and growth within a collaborative, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Three+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Proficient with agency management systems and quoting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of Connecticut market and risk profiles.
• Experience managing a pipeline of prospective clients.

Responsibilities
