The Atlantic District in Virginia is seeking a Lead Agent to oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for insurance products and services in Palmyra. You will identify leads, finalize coverage plans, and build lasting community connections throughout the Palmyra area.

Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to finalizing coverage plans.
Develop and execute local outreach strategies to establish The Atlantic District as a household name.
Review existing client portfolios to identify coverage gaps and offer proactive protection solutions.
Mentor and guide newer staff members by sharing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Participate in local business events and community gatherings to build authentic, lasting connections.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure client applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum three years of direct experience in insurance sales.
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and CRM software.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for community networking.
Deep understanding of the local Palmyra and Fluvanna County markets.
