Alpha is hiring for an Enrollment Director to own the campus enrollment journey end-to-end, engaging families from inquiry through onboarding. You will manage 20+ active cases, conduct tours, sessions, and shadow days, and deliver admissions decisions in person.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• Owned client, admissions, or enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM, database, or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy because it was not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives, high-net-worth individuals, or demanding clients.
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent families.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline and deliver the decision to the family.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated and report pipeline health weekly.
