Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Enrollment Director to own the end-to-end enrollment journey at one campus, engaging 20+ families at various stages and delivering clear decisions in person. The role emphasizes relationship-building with high-net-worth families, multi-touch outreach, and precise pipeline management using HubSpot and SIS.

Daily in-person duties include tours, shadow days, and onboarding conversations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with buyers of at least $25,000 per client or $2,000 per month.
• Owned end-to-end enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/database.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Communicate concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, meetings, or hosted experiences for affluent clients.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned enrollment, membership or revenue target for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at once, promptly respond to inquiries and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date after every interaction; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline weekly.
