Job summary

Alpha School is hiring an Enrollment Director to own one campus's admissions process end-to-end, from the initial inquiry through onboarding. You will manage 20+ active families across stages, ensuring timely communication and accurate records.

You will lead campus tours, shadow days, and information sessions, delivering decisions in person and building strong relationships with affluent families. This role requires on-site presence at the campus daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family was the buyer (high-value)
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if not a good fit
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows
• Strong concise written and verbal communication with executives and high-net-worth clients
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, meetings for affluent families

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up to date; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly
