Alpha is hiring for an on-site admissions leader who will own the campus enrollment journey from inquiry to day one. You will manage 20+ families across various stages, lead tours and events, and deliver admissions decisions directly to families with clear, factual recommendations.

You will maintain CRM and SIS records, applying AI tools to summarize insights and report weekly on pipeline health. This role requires strong communication with affluent families and executives.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry through commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy when not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicate concisely and professionally with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations, or hosted experiences for affluent families.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned an enrollment, membership or revenue target for 12+ months with demonstrable results.
• Built a demand channel that brought paying clients or referrals.
• Live in or will move within 60 days to an open campus market.
• Willing to work on-site daily.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family, from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, responding to inquiries promptly and reviewing applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver the decision personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS up-to-date; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly.
