Alpha is hiring a full-time Enrollment Director to own the campus admissions process end-to-end, from inquiry to first day of school. You’ll manage 20+ active families, guide tours, lead info sessions, and deliver admissions decisions in person with professional, high-touch communication.

Based on markets across the U.S., this on-site role requires the ability to work with high-net-worth families, coordinate with a CRM (HubSpot) and SIS, and apply AI tools to prepare narratives and summaries for

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where a family was the buyer, at $25,000+ per client.
• Owned enrollment journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/SIS.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if it isn’t the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicates concisely and professionally with executives or high-net-worth clients.
• Personally led polished in-person tours and meetings for affluent families.

Responsibilities

• Own campus enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions in person.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; summarize activity for leadership weekly.
