Alpha is hiring a Director of Client Relations to own the campus admissions journey end-to-end, from first inquiry to enrollment, at a single on-site campus. You will manage 20+ active families, guide tours, coordinate with HubSpot and SIS, and report pipeline health weekly; a fast-paced role designed for high-net-worth families seeking personalized service.

This full-time, on-site position requires relocation to one of Alpha's markets and a track record of closing high-value enrollment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value buyers ($25k+ per client).
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in CRM or tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Own campus enrollment journey end-to-end from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and communicate decisions personally.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS post-interaction; report pipeline weekly.
