IES Residential Inc seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field electrical operations, coordinating crews for safe, accurate, and timely project completion. You will supervise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with codes and company standards.

You will review plans, guide field teams, and mentor electricians. This role requires hands-on leadership on active Dallas job sites, with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience leading electrical crews.
• Commitment to safety and codes.
• English speaking; Spanish preferred.
• Pre-employment background and MVR checks.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and field activities to support schedules and quality.
• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review plans, blueprints, specifications, and orders; convey requirements to field staff.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Monitor jobsite progress, materials, and site conditions; address safety or quality issues.
• Coordinate with leadership, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
