Job summary

IES in Denison, TX is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews in electrical installations, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will ensure work meets project requirements, safety standards, codes, and customer expectations while coordinating activities with project leadership and subcontractors.

This role requires 4–6 years of electrical field leadership experience, strong reading of blueprints and schematics, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, project plans, specifications, and electrical documentation.
• Experience leading or supervising electrical crews or field operations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and field activities to support project schedules, productivity, and quality standards.
• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for accurate project execution.
• Review project plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure electrical work is compliant with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Maintain project documentation and records related to field activities and progress.
• Promote a safe, organized jobsite and professional communication with customers and partners.
