IES seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, supervise crews, and ensure safe, compliant electrical installations on projects. You will coordinate activities, review plans, and maintain project progress while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong electrical knowledge, the ability to read blueprints, and proven leadership in a construction environment. This is an on-site position with daily collaboration across teams and customers.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical docs.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise field crews and coordinate projects.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to support project schedules and quality.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Monitor progress and address issues impacting safety or progress.
• Coordinate with project leadership, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide direction and training to electricians and apprentices.
• Maintain records and project documentation.
• Promote a safe, organized jobsite and professional communication.
