Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure electrical installations meet project requirements, codes, and safety standards. This role provides leadership while delivering quality work on schedule at multiple sites.

You will supervise electricians, read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with project teams to maintain safety and productivity on active job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in electrical installation, construction, maintenance, or troubleshooting required.
• Experience leading electrical crews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily field activities to support schedules and quality.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure accurate execution.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Monitor progress, materials, and site conditions and address issues promptly.
