IES Residential in Georgia is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure installations, maintenance, and repairs meet project requirements, company standards, and electrical codes.

The role provides on-site leadership, enforces safety, trains technicians and apprentices, reviews plans, and maintains accurate project records while collaborating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Experience supervising electrical crews and field operations.
• Commitment to safety and code compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews to support project schedules.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and codes.
• Monitor progress, materials, and site conditions; address issues.
• Coordinate with leadership, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide direction and training to electricians and apprentices.
• Identify and resolve electrical and jobsite issues promptly.
• Maintain records and project documentation.
• Promote safe, organized, productive jobsite and professional communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
