IES in United States seeks an Electrical Foreman to oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, accurate project completion. You will lead electricians, review plans, and enforce codes and safety standards while maintaining documentation and effective communication with stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, field coordination, and the ability to troubleshoot onsite issues in a fast-paced construction environment. On-site work with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience leading electrical crews or field operations preferred.
• Certifications or licenses in electrical work preferred where required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily field activities.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure work complies with codes, safety standards, and project rules.
• Monitor progress, materials, and site conditions; address issues.
• Coordinate with leadership, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide training and direction to field staff.
• Maintain records and project documentation.
• Promote safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
