Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an EHR Integration Specialist in our Customer Success team to bridge client IT needs with our Clinical Solutions platform. You will lead complex integration conversations, tailor configurations, and document best practices to improve clinician workflows.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll collaborate with implementation leads and healthcare IT stakeholders, ensuring successful deployments across Epic/Oracle/Cerner integrations and ongoing system optimizations for better

Qualifications

• HL7, FHIR, OAuth, SAML, and ADFS knowledge.
• SSO, Infobutton, SMART on FHIR experience.
• Proficient with Confluence/Jira, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on business models and rules behind each Clinical Solutions product.
• Master access and entitlement methods used across the business.
• Lead complex integration conversations with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Answer customer questions on technical requirements and integration capabilities.
• Document and sustain technical integration best practices.
