Elsevier seeks an EHR Integration Specialist in the Customer Success team to bridge client IT with clinical content delivery. You’ll own integration workflows, specify technical requirements, and guide configurations to improve clinicians’ access to knowledge at the point of care.

In this high‑visibility role, you’ll collaborate with implementation leads, support EHR vendors, and document best practices while ensuring secure access and reliable data exchange across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with healthcare IT exposure.
• Hands-on with SSO, Infobutton, and FHIR-based integrations.
• Proficiency in Confluence/Jira, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Become the expert on clinical product models and rules.
• Lead complex integration discussions with client IT teams.
• Document specifications, configurations, and best practices.
• Coordinate cross‑team efforts to ensure project success.
• Support vendor integrations and ensure secure data exchange.
