Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support the execution of education programs, handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences. You will work to automate processes and improve efficiency across scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution.

The role involves coordinating with Finance and Legal on contracts, managing logistics, and driving program improvements through AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in education programs or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged attempts for education programs.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs in a timely fashion.
• Execute training and certification contracts, coordinating with Finance and Legal to refine.
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI initiatives to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
