Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Program Specialist to support the execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences for teams and customers.

You will work to automate and increase efficiency, manage scheduling, LMS updates, contracts, and program logistics, and own projects from planning to execution while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs.
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve.
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
