Job summary

Relativity seeks a Specialist to support execution of education programs, handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth learning experiences while driving automation to increase efficiency.

The role involves coordinating workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and program logistics, including training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal. Familiarity with Skilljar and AI tools is preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal to refine and improve.
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems and processes.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
