Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of learning experiences and drive automation to increase efficiency. The role spans coordinating scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution across internal teams while actively managing program logistics and upskilling initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and attention to detail, with familiarity in Skilljar, Salesforce, and AI tools.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in education programs or related field
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Experience with Skilljar and AI tools preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

Assist workspace creation, scheduling and LMS updates
Review and manage candidate flagged attempts
Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs
Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal
Coordinate program logistics and develop related SOPs for trainings
Own projects and process improvements to automate/manual tasks
Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team
Communicate program updates with stakeholders
