Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of learning experiences and to drive efficiency through automation and process improvements. The role involves coordinating workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and managing inquiries related to education programs.

• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Execute training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
