The candidate will manage scheduling, LMS updates, workflows, and stakeholder communications, with exposure to Skilljar, Salesforce, and AI tools. The position offers remote/hybrid work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in education programs or related fields.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with learning management systems and program administration.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Skilljar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate attempts.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal involvement.
• Run program logistics and create SOPs, facilitating upskilling sessions.
