Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead in the Legal department to support a large federal agency using Relativity for processing, analytics, and productions. You will consult with attorneys, develop automated workflows with PowerShell, and ensure compliance with ESI specifications while delivering timely insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced Relativity knowledge (front end/back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts and perform advanced analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing for electronic files in large cases.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specs and coordinate with co-counsel as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs; provide detailed deficiency notices when needed.
• Perform advanced Relativity analytics and manage Active Learning projects.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Case Map/Text Map databases; generate reports.
