Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency with electronic discovery services using Relativity. You will analyze processing approaches, consult with legal teams, and ensure compliant productions across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes advanced Relativity analytics, case management, and scripting to streamline workflows. Candidates should have a strong organizational mindset, excellent communication, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail planning and organizational skills across eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with stakeholder management.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications and participate in relevant teleconferences.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery needs.
• Apply standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support across the case lifecycle.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay informed on emerging eDiscovery technology and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of software in area of expertise and share updates.
• Contribute to briefings on new technology and process improvements.
• Generate PowerShell scripts for workflow improvements.
• Create/support Case Map and Text Map databases.
