Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency, leveraging Relativity and ESI processing expertise. You will analyze data, conform to ESI specs, and collaborate with attorneys and clients to drive efficient discovery workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, advanced Relativity skills, PowerShell scripting, and strong communication. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits with CGS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on large, complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize across all stages of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs.
• Maintain standard procedures for electronic discovery across cases.
• Generate detailed reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current on new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Create PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
