Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to leverage legal experience and Relativity to support a large federal agency. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects, while ensuring productions meet ESI specifications.
The role emphasizes advanced Relativity analytics, PowerShell scripting, and collaboration with attorneys, client agencies, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in eDiscovery services on large, complex cases.
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM.
- Advanced Relativity knowledge (front end and back end).
- Demonstrated ability to write PowerShell scripts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and implement processing for electronic files.
- Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications.
- Ensure productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
- Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and support projects.
- Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity.
- Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
- Create or support Case Map / Text Map databases.
- Stay current on evolving eDiscovery technologies and processes.
