Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead in the Legal department to provide electronic discovery support for a large federal agency. You will analyze, process, and produce ESI using Relativity, consult with attorneys, and drive workflow improvements.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, ability to manage complex cases, and a United States citizenship. CGS offers a broad benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Case Map and Text Map.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing productions meet applicable ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs.
• Apply standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support across cases.
• Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of available software in the field.
• Contribute to briefings on new technology and process improvements.
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
