Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to provide electronic discovery support for a large federal agency. You will apply legal experience to analytics, strategy, and Relativity-based processing and reporting, driving excellence across the eDiscovery lifecycle.

The role requires a deep understanding of Relativity, PowerShell scripting, and advanced analytics, along with strong communication and project-management capabilities to coordinate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and manage Active Learning projects.
• Create and troubleshoot Case Map/Text Map databases; generate reports on collection and processing.
