Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Analytics Lead for a federal agency engagement. Utilize legal and technical expertise to support electronic discovery processing, analytics, and productions using Relativity.

You will design processing approaches, develop PowerShell scripts, and guide case teams through ESI specifications, ensuring high-quality deliverables while advancing technology and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• US Citizenship required.
• Undergraduate degree required; law degree or technical cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs; notify attorneys of deficiencies with detailed notes.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options for discovery.
• Apply standard eDiscovery procedures across cases and generate statistical reports.
