Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an EDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency. You will apply legal and technical expertise in Relativity to manage processing, analytics, and production workflows across complex eDiscovery projects.

The role requires strong communication, detailed planning, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced Relativity knowledge (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills across eDiscovery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and staff to conform to ESI specs; participate in conferences as needed.
• Ensure productions comply with ESI specifications; notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and manage Active Learning projects.
• Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery needs and govern standard procedures.
• Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current with new eDiscovery technologies and processes and share updates.
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
