Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency. You will apply legal and technical expertise in Relativity to manage processing, analytics, and productions across complex cases.

Responsibilities include consulting with attorneys, maintaining advanced Relativity workflows, generating reports, and developing automation via PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Undergraduate degree; law degree or related graduate degree strongly preferred
• Must be a United States Citizen

Responsibilities

• Develop processing strategies for electronic files and implement solutions
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI specifications
• Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity and maintain Active Learning projects
• Create and repair Case Map/Text Map databases
• Generate PowerShell scripts for workflow improvements
• Provide input on technology options for discovery needs
• Standardize procedures across the eDiscovery lifecycle
• Produce statistical reports on collection, processing, review and production
• Stay current on new eDiscovery tech and processes
• Brief stakeholders on new technology and process improvements
