Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead in its Legal department to support a large federal agency. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity, consulting with attorneys and support staff, and producing detailed analytics reports.

The role emphasizes advanced Relativity workflows, Active Learning projects, and developing processing approaches for ESI. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Undergraduate degree required; 5+ years of experience; law degree/graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming/outgoing productions meet ESI specifications and notify the case attorney of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery requests.
• Maintain standard procedures for electronic discovery across the life of the case.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay abreast of emerging eDiscovery technology and processes.
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts.
• Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases.
