Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency, applying legal experience to electronic discovery with Relativity.

The role demands expert analysis, scripting in PowerShell, handling ESI specifications, and coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders to ensure compliant productions and advanced analytics across matters. You will contribute to strategic decisions and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery services and litigation support on large cases.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on conforming to ESI specs.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specs; notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity.
• Recommend technology options to respond to discovery needs.
• Apply standard procedures across the life of each case.
• Generate statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay current on discovery tech and processes; brief on improvements.
• Generate and support Case Map/Text Map databases.
